We also offer skim coating and wall paper removal or lack of. This was a budget finish and there were some real issues with the wall paper original installation. Basically the dry wall in the entire room was going to be ripped off because a cement was used to install the wall paper instead of wall paper glue! A huge "no no"! So we oil primed the wall paper first, second we dry wall mud over the seams through out, reprimed the walls again with a flat and then we finished the walls with standard paint. No issues ever again and the walls look like normal drywall. WE MADE IT HAPPEN WHEN OTHER CONTRACTORS SAID IT COULD BE DONE!
